We warmly welcome new patients!
What are your office hours?
We’re open Monday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Tuesday
7:30 AM–3:30 PM, Wednesday–Thursday
7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM–2:00 PM.
We’re closed weekends.
Where are you located / is there parking?
We’re located at
202 Davis Grove Cir Ste 102,
with free patient parking in front of the building.
Do you offer same-day or emergency appointments?
If you experience a dental emergency such as severe
tooth pain, a knocked-out tooth, or a broken crown,
contact your dentist immediately for guidance on
same-day treatment or emergency care options.
How do I book my first appointment?
To book your first dental appointment at Alliance

What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major PPO plans including Delta Dental,
Cigna, Aetna and MetLife, and we’ll verify your benefits
before treatment.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We do accept patients who do not want to use dental
insurance. If you don’t have insurance or prefer not to
use it, we offer dental plans that you can purchase to
help lower your costs.
Do you see children / are you a family practice?
Yes, Alliance Dentistry is a family dental practice that
welcomes patients of all ages, including children.
Do you treat patients with dental anxiety, and what sedation options are there?
Yes, we help patients with dental anxiety through open
communication, a calming environment, gentle care, and
distraction techniques.
We also offer sedation options including nitrous oxide
(laughing gas), oral sedatives, and IV sedation to help
you relax during your visit.
What should I expect at my first visit?
During your first dental visit at Alliance Dentistry,
you’ll receive a thorough exam of your teeth and gums,
X-rays if needed, and a discussion of findings with a
personalized treatment plan.
You’ll have the opportunity to discuss concerns and
build a trusting relationship with your dentist for
ongoing care.
What safety and sterilization protocols do you follow?
Alliance Dentistry follows meticulous safety and
sterilization protocols including the Hu-Friedy IMS®
instrument management system, self-contained water
supplies, patient safety glasses, an AED for emergencies,
and state-of-the-art sanitization procedures with
extensive staff training.
What dental services do you offer?
We provide evidence-based dental care for the whole
family, including preventive cleanings, cosmetic
dentistry, veneers, Invisalign, teeth whitening,
dental implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals,
periodontal treatment, and oral surgery.
Are your dentists specialists, and in what?
Alliance Dentistry provides general and family dental
care with expertise in cosmetic dentistry
(veneers, teeth whitening, Invisalign), restorative
dentistry (crowns, bridges, implants, fillings),
periodontal treatment, and pediatric care.
How long has the practice served the area?
Alliance Dentistry has been assisting patients in the
Cary, NC area for over 20 years, providing experienced
and compassionate dental care to the local community.

What should I do for a dental emergency after hours?
If you have a dental emergency after hours, such as
severe tooth pain, a knocked-out tooth, or a broken
crown, you should contact your dentist immediately
for advice.
Do you offer same-day emergency appointments?
While we do not provide emergency services directly at
all times, we recommend having your Apex dentist’s
contact information handy for urgent situations.
What sedation options do you offer for nervous patients?
We offer sedation options including
nitrous oxide (laughing gas)
for mild anxiety,
oral sedatives
taken before your appointment, and
IV or conscious sedation
for severe anxiety or longer treatments.
Is sedation dentistry safe?
Yes, sedation dentistry is safe for patients with dental
anxiety when administered by experienced professionals
like those at Alliance Dentistry.
